Experiment with eating four to six small meals of the same size throughout the day. This will help keep your blood sugar stable. Focus on eating more fruits, vegetables, whole grain breads, cereals, crackers, low fat or non-fat milk products, lean meats, skinned poultry and fish. Our body turns these food into glucose (fuel) and in turn you will have more energy.
